Why is my tremolo arm (whammy bar) loose, shaking, or sinking?

Locate the Hole: Push the bridge forward (or look through the back cavity) to find the tiny hidden hole on the side of the metal bridge block.

Insert the Arm: Put your tremolo arm into the socket.

Tighten the Screw: Use the smallest Allen wrench to tighten the screw inside the hole to your preferred tension.

Where is the product shipped from?
We maintain warehouses across all our sales regions. Orders are
dispatched from the facility closest to the buyer's delivery address for
efficiency.
What about customs duties and taxes?
As all our shipments are domestic, no customs duties or import tariffs
apply. Buyers are only responsible for the cost of the product itself,
with no additional fees.
Return Exchange Policy
How long do I have to make a return?
You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
When
processing a return request, the buyer is responsible for shipping the
item to a designated courier station near your location.
Should
a door-to-door pickup service be requested from the courier company,
any additional fees incurred will be borne by the buyer.
Returns are not supported in the following situations:
- Itemswith signs of use, wear, damage, dings, scrapes, or lacking of (if applicable) manuals, warranties, accessories, etc.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- Downloadable software products.
